Romeo and Juliet has subtlety and originality of its characterization, the pace of its action, which is shortened into four frantic days and has an extraordinary use of language. For example wooing a women was much more of an art form back then whereas now its much more direct and there isn't as much effort going in to pursue a lady. People expect things straight away when back then it was all about getting married before anything else.
